You are getting ready for The Move of a lifetime! Are you ready? Are you stressed? Completely lost at what to do first?

Me too… Just kidding!

I hope I have shown you in my first blog that I am ready to serve you in the field of Real Estate and I truly long to help make The Move as easy as possible. So I am going to jump right in and get started with that!

I am going to begin with 5 questions you need to ask yourself as you begin thinking about The Move and then over the next 3 weeks we are going to go through the questions together. Remember you are not alone in this!

In the following list of questions there are the 5 Main questions when you are Preparing for The Move but I have also included some of the follow up questions we will be covering in the next few weeks.

  1. Why am I moving?
    A. Is there a purpose to The Move?
    i. What is the purpose?
    B. Or am I just daydreaming about The Move?
ii. Why do I need to wait?
  2. What location is best for me?
    A. What services need to be near my future home?
    B. What is the furthest distance/time I am willing to drive to get to everything I need to get to?
  3. Who is involved?
    A. Who is coming on The Move with you?
    B. What factors do I need to consider for them?
    C. What can I do to make the transition easier?
  4. Is now the time to move?
    A. Evaluate the first 3 questions.
  5. Where do I begin?
    A. Do I need to buy first or sell first?
